Send newsletter
1. Open the newsletter sending window from the program menu "Publish",
and menu option "E-mail dispatch".

2. Select the letter to send from the list.
3. Select letter template.
4. In the list box the articles of the letter is listed.
5. Choose the e-mail subscriber lists that should be included in the dispatch,
those addresses that should receive this newsletter.
6. The quick list can be used to add temporarily some individual e-mail addresses
to an existing subscriber list. By using the quick list it's possible to send
a test of a newsletter to one single subscriber, by giving the subscriber
address there, remember to inactivate the use of other subscriber lists in
the meanwhile.
7. Release information will be shown in the newsletter header once sent.
8. Subject to the newsletter, remember to fill a subject in the field.
9. Click the calculate quantity button, to count the total amount of recipients
in the current dispatch, the total amount of subscribers it the now selected
lists.
10. Preview of the newsletter to be sent, preview always the newsletter before
actually sending it.
11. When all details and information for the newsletter that shall be sent
is correct, then it's time to send the newsletter. Click "Send letters" to
start the dispatch of the newsletter.

NOTICE! The software is designed to send one newsletter from the newsletter registry
to several subscribers at one time, so sending one newsletter to 1 subscriber e-mail
or sending it to 50 will take about the same time with the software. The dispatch process
requires certain amount of time to create the newsletter, uploading all material and preparing
material needed for the send out. Once the newsletter is sent the software needs to collect a report
and remove material that is no longer needed, this is also good for security reasons.
In the window Confirm dispatch the newsletter dispatch needs to be confirmed
one extra time, so that for sure the right newsletter is being sent. Click
Send to proceed. Once Send is clicked the newsletter dispatch process will
be started. First the program will do a licence check, to check the user licence.
When the licence check is done, the send out of the newsletters will being.
Let the program to send the newsletters, it can take some time and amount
of minutes for the program to complete the sending process. The window will
close automatically once the sending has been completed, the software will upload
material for the newsletter, process the send out and then collect a report and as
well remove material that is no longer needed. The send out process will also depend
on how many subscribers the newsletter will be sent to.
